Amazing Pizza!!!  I would rank it as one of the best I've ever had.  My family loved it.

I was going to minus one star because the garlic parmesan wings are bland....no garlic flavor. Will never get again....but pizza was so good that I'll keep it at 5 stars. ;-)

Not a bad pizza, but there is so much competition in this market segment that you'd be crazy to settle for "not bad." Overall, three stars, but my interest in returning is two stars.

Food: I ordered the Awesome Combo, but I didn't want sausage. I asked to substitute chicken, and instead of telling me they would be up charging me to add chicken they just slapped it on there. I don't mind an upcharge for a substitution, but when you're paying $19.99 for a 12" pizza for yourself, I expect to know before I pay. Ended up escaping with a $21.59 pizza for one person. The crust was good -- it's hand tossed. The salad bar was an option until I saw the lettuce. It looked like it needed a fluffer. My pizza could have been a lot hotter when it was served, but no one asked me how the food was the entire time.

Service: Typical counter service. Order your food at the counter, pizza is brought to you by a person, and they buss your table. I also ordered beer, which you pour yourself and pay for by the ounce using a special card. Cost was $9.22 for two half glasses of craft beers and a half glass of Coors Light. Not bad I guess.

Ambiance: I was the only person in the restaurant for over an hour on a Saturday afternoon. If I were the franchise owner I'd be worried! I would recommend ongoing, targeted marketing to people like me who live within walking distance for weekends like this when there is no lunch buffet option, at least until you start getting more traffic in the door. $33.36 for one person is outrageous considering the options we have, and I'll never pay it again. The automated sign holder on the sidewalk ushering people into the restaurant was actually one of my top reasons for not having tried this place yet. It's super tacky, and it demonstrates just how poorly the business is doing. The interior of the restaurant is actually very charming and clean. It'll be a shame if this place doesn't last.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with basil, artichokes, and olives which was very good...
My main issue is with cleanliness..after I ordered I set off to find a table to sit at...several of the tables had trash and had not been cleared and they still weren't cleared by the time I left. Also, the napkin dispenser at my table was sticky and gross...I'm not a neat freak, but come on! Clean up! It's a turn off. That said, my pizza was delicious, maybe I'll just order take out next time.

The atmosphere isn't too bad, but it was pretty empty in there at 6 on a Friday night...then again, it's pretty new and I imagine they get a lot of take out orders!

The interior has been completely redone and rearranged from when it was Red Hut. It makes more sense the way it has transformed and there is more seating. A lot more open. Everything seemed very clean and modern.
I had ordered online for a pick up (would be great if they delivered one of these days) and it was ready within 30 minutes.
Parking lot is large considering it is a larger shopping center. The staff at the counter were very friendly and did not skimp on the ranch which you do not have to pay extra for. I took a look at the self serve beer center and a self serve soft serve ice cream. Very interesting and new to me!
A medium pizza was perfect for my husband and I and we also had the cheesy garlic bread. I would have to say both were great! Just the right amount of pepperoni and the cheesy garlic bread was soft but done. It was delicious!
We will be ordering from here again!

Good food but wouldn't enjoy due to the very bad service!!
First they told me pasta will take 15min to make so they suggest me to get wings instead since it will be faster! Got our pizza after 35min ! Never got my wings because they forgot about it ! Never apologize for the fact that they forgot ! They also forgot to bring the sauce that I was supposed to get along with my pizza ! Also restroom wasn't clean. And when we left they guy looked at us without saying bye !!!! So don't go there
